so a few things you must know about the #southindianfilter.
1. this unassuming little guy sometimes brings out the best from the coffees that are medium dark upwards or those that have a super rich body.
2. it’s very difficult to photograph esp if you are trying to be anonymous and you see your ugly mug reflected. 🤦🏻♀️
3. makes for the PERFECT coffee before coffee. the only reason iam awake for yoga at 7, is thanks to this guy.
4. why dont i get the brass one you ask? cuz amma and paati will part with property before they part with the family filter.
5. this evening, when i asked, amma said she is going to put that filter on her will and leave it to her favourite child, which is undoubtedly the doggo!
