Matcha is everywhere. And i got on the bandwagon to see what the hype is all about! TLDR : tastes like grass.
Recipe
- 2g of matcha
- 20g water – 80-90C
- froth until foamy
- add ice to a glass and fill with chilled water
- add the frothy matcha to the water
- top off with half-n-half to make matcha late!
How i made it
Verdict
- Tastes like GRASS!
- How are people drinking this?!
- Dont the antioxidants cancel out with all that sugar and cream?
- Feels so heavy and filling. Not satisfying
