Spicy Hariyali Chicken Marinade
This hariyali chicken is a favourite because it works in both extreme. I can easily amp up the chilli count and make it super spicy.
However, if i add in some poppy seeds, or cashews/almonds or cream to the marinade, it takes on a creamy, decadent shade of green!

I understand it ought to be cooked in a tandoor but we make do. It’s more about the color than the spice so leave the guess work out of the homework and get yourself some store bought tandoori chicken powder. Pickled onions are non-negotiable!
