*Soak Karuppu Kavuni Arisi Overnight. A minimum of 5 hours if you intend to make it during the day.
*Decant the water but don’t discard it yet. it’s rich in nutrients having being in contact with this precious rice
*Grind the soaked rice to a very smooth runny paste
*Add the decanted water and some more. Typically I add the same amount as the decant water
*On medium low heat, cook while stirring constantly.
*It would turn a lovely pink hue and become slightly thick
*Turn the heat off
*Dilute with buttermilk or milk+sweetener of choice and enjoy.
