this is my 6th year trying specialty excelsa and I can never get enough. Akshay @chitravainika has mentioned marigold as one of the notes which irks me because I can’t taste florals. this amazing excelsa offering tastes very similar to this navalpalam wine that a friend gifted. sweet, tart, mildly spicy, full bodied and sweetness like karupatti.

the bag smells like a fruit salad. superb full bodied coffee. if you are an aeropress person, this will still work beautiful as on a pourover.
Finally we have Kurinji

Sirangalli coffee is another repeat from SICC. I have also tried the same from other roaster from prefer it done by Akshay.
the coffee is sweet, light, so flavourful with good acidity and soft light aftertaste.
November was mostly finishing up coffees from last month and being super high on these coffees.
