in 1999, i neither had the pocket money nor the awareness of this place. started by cinematographer Nirav Shah with his brothers, this cafe took a break for a few years. re-launched in January 2021 to the most amazing welcome and it’s not surprising given the amazing coffees and the fantastic food.
they have an Italian Sanremo Opera 2.0 coffee machine as well as a plethora of manual brewing equipment like the V60, aeropress, chemex and the kalita which Barista Tabish Tareen uses to brew some fantastic coffee and its no surprise given that the beans are from the Kalledevarapura Estate roasted by The Bean Rove under the watchful eyes of Shravan DS. make sure to ask for the current microlots available and KDP is sure to WOW you!!
they have your vannila lattes, affogato and cold coffees too if that’s your jam. their cold coffees are available at Sathyam too! the food is fantastic. highly recommend the madras masala fries. yummax!
