This coffee would have been a delightful flavor bomb as V60 Pourover or been an intense winey cup as a coffee brewed using a Mokapot.
But this week, life put me out of my depth with my trusty Aeropress Go at hand so this is the recipe that worked best.
I also did another ratio which made me weep because I wasted amazing beans with bad brewing but I fixed it nonetheless. Coffee bean soup is never wasted around here. 🙂
