Crafted is the newest cafe in the city, owned by Vishwath Ravinchandran.
@crafted_chennai has a wonderful menu of Coffee – naturally, given that @roastbrewandyou is the coffee consultant behind the selection of hot and cold coffee.
@viggnesh90 brings in his signature blends and beans from @pulneycoffee and Mooleh Manay of @southindiacoffeeco.
Vishwath’s enthusiasm for the space is noticeably infectious as he explains the selection of desserts on display and more of what’s to come. Again, he has the lovely @mathangi.kumar as his chef-food consultant.
My beverage of the evening was a delicious cold brew from Mooleh Manay. Barista Mohan served my refill with a smile and I promised to make space and time for some pourovers next time.
Vishwath is bringing in baklava, kunafa and sandwiches very shortly, so that’s a another reason to visit Crafted!
